The shooting unfolded as two robbers tried to get away from a Kay Jewelers outlet at the Rolling Oaks Mall, Police Chief William McManus told reporters in a video posted on the city's Facebook page. One was shot and killed by one of the robbers, and the other bystander, who was licensed to carry a concealed firearm, shot and wounded the other suspect, who was later hospitalized, McManus said.
